Stepping into the glamour industry at a very early age, she has already achieved a milestone in her career and is heading for more.
 

HOW DID YOUR MODELING CAREER START?

I had a great fetish for modeling since my childhood. By the age of fifteen, I really wanted to be a model. I used to collect teen magazines and fantasize about being featured in it. But my career started rather unexpectedly. I did a photoshoot with ECS office and after a while, I started getting calls for magazines and shooting for the products.

SO IN BETWEEN YOUR BUSY SCHEDULES, HOW DO YOU TAKE TIME FOR YOUR STUDIES?

Studies has always been my priority but work is work. I try my level best to balance between studies and work. I normally don’t keep my shoot and other work during exams and assignment submission.

HOW IMPORTANT DO YOU THINK IT IS TO WORK SIMULTANEOUSLY WHILE STUDYING?

I would suggest students to work only during their final year because by the time you’re in the senior year you would able to handle things professionally. And you can always work or volunteer in a good cause or pocket money.

HOW DO YOU UTILIZE YOUR FREE TIME?

I meet friends, read books and watch movies (mostly online). I have recently joined dance classes so I go there when I’m free. Also I try my best to take out time for my family and friends. They’ve been really understanding.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR DAILY ROUTINE.

I finish my class around 10.30 am. I normally reach home in the evening after finishing all my works. I make sure I make my schedule beforehand so I can work accordingly. When I have no work I wake up super late, watch movies, play with my three adorable dogs (lucky, nemo and dory) and clean my closet. Since both my parents work, we hardly get time so during our free time we spend as much time as possible.

IF YOU EVER HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN YOUR STUDIES AND MODELING, WHICH ONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Both are equally important. But education helps you to create good foundation for your career. With good education we would be able to choose right path/career. So, I would choose my studies.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE CRITICISM?

Criticisms are always welcomed. I take it in a positive way. It provides you the opportunity to improve yourself.

ANY PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE TO ASPIRING MODELS?

Modeling is a platform where you can build your confidence. It helps you grow and transform you into a person you want to be. However, before entering this field you have to be clear about your goal and should be strong as you have to deal with diverse people. Selecting right project is most. You should be able to decide what is good and what is bad.
