Your lifestyle and your health is just a mirror. Everyone is unique and each has a different perspective on what a healthy lifestyle is, but it really comes down for practicing good health habits and giving up harmful ones . Certain tracks have to follow inorder to stay happy and healthy.
A healthy diet is a solution to many of our health care problem. Mostly office workers or many people prefers fast food like , French fries, sausages or many more. These are just a random examples but high fat content in these food items can result in obesityas well as many problems and will definitely shorten your life. Always prefer healthy homemade foods ,drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day ,enjoy eating fruits and green leafy vegetables as well as avoid spicy fatty diet which helps to keep you always in shape.
Lack of physical exercises can cause obesity, Type II diabetes mellitus, bones cracking, muscle atrophy etc. Regular Exercise at least 30min per day improves body's overall health. The exercise doesn't have to be strenuous; it may be simple walking or moving that can prevent various health issues. Along with this progressive relaxation technique is simple and more beneficial.
Progressive relaxation technique
- You should focus on slowly tensing and then relaxing each muscle group
- Start by tensing and relaxing the muscles from toes and then up to the head and neck or viceversa .
- Tense your muscle for about 5 sec. and then relax for 30 sec.and repeat.
Rest and sleep
Working hard is best way to reach individual's professional goals but neglecting sleeping pattern can lead to tiredness, weaken immune system as well as clog up thinking pattern. Thus people became less efficient, less healthy and also affect psychological status.6-8hours sleep per day is necessary. Thus, work and rest should always be in equilibrium for maintaining good health.
Avoid smoking and alcohol
At the end of long working hours or any occasions or any celebration, the alcohol is always a part of plan on Modern Lifestyle but alcohol will affect the normal body function, loss of coordination, slurred speech etc. All these are temporary effect but if alcohol becomes regular partner of individuals, it leads to threatening problem like stroke, cancer, obesity, hypertension etc. Accident and suicide are the frequent consequences after alcohol consumption. Along with alcohol, active and passive smoking also have negative influences on the health which ultimately shorten your beautiful life.
Smile and laugh
Smile and laugh is the symbol of positive vibes .According to the association of psychological science, smiling not improves your mood but others too. Smiling and laughing widely and all the time empowers you, recharges you and leads toward the right end of healthiness.
Have a break
Fully utilize your leisure time and holiday; thinking that it is not a holiday its just your day and spend it with pleasurable activities, and entertainment which helps to balance your physical and mental status.
Know your limitation
Never push yourself beyond your limits of achievement or expect too much of yourself .Be satisfied with less while you do your best which enhance toward amazing and healthier life.
If you want to live longer forget all the addresses of fast food restaurants , follow healthy dietary pattern, stop making excuses for not doing physical exercises, quit smoking ,cut back or down alcohol consumption. Being active and healthy is not so hard, it is just a simple matters of routine .Just a simple things each day can make a huge differences in how you live your life. That's why lifestyle has a significant influence on physical and mental health of individuals.
Thus, all you have to make decision whether to live life happy, healthy, active and involved in different events without constant need to go to hospital or to live life boring and with full of diseases. It's just your choice. Just yours. .. what will you do……….???
