    Overview

    Kathmandu College of Management was established in 1997. This college is mainly provides management courses. The management courses available in this college are Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance Banking. It is affiliated to Kathmandu University. This college is first BBA College which affiliated to Kathmandu University. The mission of the college is to produce competitive graduates. It is located in Lalitpur at Gwarko.

    Kathmandu College of Management was established in 1997 which is located at Gwarko in Lalitpur, Nepal. There are five boards of directors. Dr. Arzu Rana  Deuba is the chairperson. Mr. Bishnu Raj Adhikari is the principal of the college and also a member of board of directors. Mr. Neel Kantha Upreti, Mrs. Rekha Adhikari and Mr. Pratik Adhikari are also board of directors. There are some Board of Advisior at KCM. They are Prof. Dr. A.S. Narag, Prof. Dr. Ajay Pandit, Prof. Dr. Arindam Banerjee and Prof. Dr. Dharma PS Bhawuk. The annual enrollment of this college is 135 students for BBA-Marketing and BBA-Finance and Banking. Kathmandu College of Management provides good learning environment so that they could gain good result in their degree. Graduate Students had gone through the market to develop their career. KCM has around 1100 alumni’s of their graduate students. Kathmandu College of Management has its student council. Student Council is formed to develop the interest in college. Student Council organizes various activities relating to business, sports, culture and career.

    Kathmandu College of Management has provided only Management courses in BBA-Markting and BBA-Finance and Banking.

    Infrastructure & Facilities

    Kathmandu College of Management has provided many facilities to their students. Some of them are virtual classroom, Computer lab, seminar hall, parking, internship, etc. The college has a library which contain over 6000 of textbooks, magazines, journals, etc. KCM provide the scholarship for the students who are hard-working. Kathmandu College of Management's Student Council also provides 4 scholarships of 20% of the annual tuition fees. The scholarship are provided to students are Best Council Member Scholarship, Platinum Excellence Scholarship, EPC Achievers Scholarship and Management Appreciation Scholarship.

    Admission Procedure

    For the Admission in Kathmandu College of Management, Students must have cleared their +2 with the score of 50% overall. Any stream can join for this program. GCE A level can also apply the program but they must have cleared at least 3 Advanced Level courses. The college announces BBA- Marketing and BBA- Finance and Banking programs opens in August. For admission Students should fill up the application form. +2 cleared students should fulfill transcript or provisional. Character Certificate and transcript of grade 10 are also needed. The candidates will have to give entrance test and who passes the test will be promoted to study in this college.
