Peoples Campus

People’s Campus was established in 1981 A.D. by a group of educationists, academicians, and key stakeholders in the field of education with the motto of enhancing quality education that is affordable to the wider society. It is located in Paknajol, Kathmandu, and the main block of the college consists of more than six classrooms. People’s Campus is a pioneering and leading community-based academic institution that has its higher education system affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) and has met the changing pace and demands of time since its establishment. It has been regularly updated and modified, modernizing the teaching pedagogy and organizing various types of demand-driven training for the teachers. In order to better and solidify the learning autonomy in the classrooms and to motivate the learners in an intrinsic manner, People’s Campus organizes activities like workshops, presentations, seminars, and well-modified lectures. Hence, People’s College combines academic excellence with an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to research while supporting a culture that engages and challenges students and staff in their pursuit of learning.

People’s Campus has been hard at work, providing education of the highest quality through internationally accepted courses. Some of the bachelor and master courses offered here are BBA, BBS, and MBS.

This institution has been regularly receiving the prestigious Nepal Chamber of Commerce “Award for Excellence” for securing the best results in management education. Such a status has been achieved by fulfilling the following objectives:

Facilities

People’s Campus is known to provide all the facilities required by the students of management who are pursuing their higher education. There are more than 60 classrooms and spacious grounds for outdoor games, parking, and other purposes. The building and the inner area of this institute cover more than four ropanies of land at the heart of Kathmandu City at Paknajol. This makes the college self-sufficient regarding the need for infrastructure. A peaceful atmosphere that is conducive to learning and teaching makes the student experience a very pleasant one. There are canteens that serve healthy food, and as for refreshments, the school has spacious grounds where the students can engage in basketball, football, table tennis, volleyball, and various other extracurricular activities. The People's Campus makes the students excellent at both curricular and extracurricular activities, hence making them an all-rounder.
