Bachelor of Food Technology (Purbanchal University)

Bachelors of Food Technology is a four years course which falls under Science and Technology in Purbanchal University. Food Technology. This course falls under the faculty of Biological, Biomedical and Food Sciences. Food Technology is an application of food science to the collection, protection, dispensation, wrapper, supply, and use of safe, healthful, and good food. The physical, biological, and chemical makeup of food is studied by Food Experts and Food Engineers. Food Engineers process, reservation, bundle, or supply food, according to industry and government specifications and regulations depending on their area of specialism. 

Admission Requirements

Any student who have successfully completed their 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Purbanchal University is eligible to apply for this job.
