Tribhuvan University Exam office have published notice about filling transcript application form

Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Exam have published notice for filling and submitting transcript application forms within 15 days along with admission receipt of the respective level, year and recommendation letter by the Campus. This notice is applicable to students who have registered and enrolled in Tribhuvan University and their campuses and have passed in all subjects who met admission conditions but didn’t fill the regular exam form. They have filled for exam form of that session as partial and have been re-read as regular student in last session exam form. Those students who have passed all the exams of all semesters and have not received academic transcript can fill the application forms have been stated by the official notice as follows:
