BBM LLB abbreviation for Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Law is an academic program of Kathmandu University. It is five year full time program of 188 credit hours. In the syllabus the total prescribed subjects is 61 where 58 are compulsory subjects and electives in which two out of three subjects. There are 39 legal subjects which consists of 5 clinical and two elective subjects. 16 Management subjects and five other courses.

The curriculum, combines dual faculties of Business Management and Law that can produce paralegals, lawyer advocate with shrewd business and legal knowledge and analytics. Graduates from this degree can work as in house lawyers at commercial and development banks. It meets the requirements of infrastructural projects where lawyers will have to uphold business interest in the eye of law.
