Birat Health College and Research Center

Birat health College offers a three years Certificate in Diagnostic radiography. This program is from the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training. This program provides knowledge and technical skills of radiography and imaging services. This program also provides the know-how of basic maternity care, first aid, and public health care. It produces mid-level technicians in health establishments of radiography and imaging technology.

Certificate in Medical lab technology is a three years academic program which aims to produce skilled and qualified medical lab technicians. It offers comprehensive knowledge of health science, general science, mathematics and computer science knowledge and practical skills. It allows practical lessons in hospitals and upon successful completion of this program registration at Nepal health professional council in Grade B category is possible to work as certified medical lab technicians.

Proficiency Certificate level nursing is a three years program of Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training. This program works with theory and practical skill to work in patient management, nursing care, and health care facilities and also work as clinical and community nurses. In this program students of Birat health College have to go through practical internship work at clinics, hospitals and health care centers, nursing homes and international health organizations.

It is a three year program affiliated with the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training. It provides theory and practical knowledge and skills of general medicine, surgery, clinical pathology, family health, pediatrics, surgery and complete clinical and community field practice of understanding and skills to produce mid-level medical health assistants in clinics, hospital and health care establishments.

Diploma in Pharmacology is a three years Diploma level program of Council of Technical Education and Vocational training. At Birat health College, this program provides skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical chemistry, anatomy, physiology and microbiology and skills to become pharmaceutics technicians who can look after managing pharmacies, dispensing medicine and ensure safety of patients from applied area by working period in pharmaceutical at hospitals, clinics, under licensed pharmacist. This degree is approved by Nepal Pharmacy Council.

B.Sc. Nursing at Birat Health College and research Center aims at producing intellectually enlightened, morally upright, spiritually inspired, emotionally balanced and socially committed nurses.

Birat Health College and Research Center provides three years program called Bachelor of Public health. The objective of this program is to prepare Public Health Care specialist with highest technical and Managerial competancy in district level health programs including problem identifying, planning, implementing, training, heath education and research.
