Birat Science College offer four years Bachelor of Environment Science program of Tribhuvan University. It is the study of natural environment and most pressing and concerning issues which cause hazards to environment conditions. It takes into consideration physical elements, chemical, ecosystem, microbiology and biotechnology elements of understanding the situation of the environment. It also delves into environment pollution and management tools, biodiversity conservation and management, climate change impact and coping mechanisms from learning areas.

Plus2 Education is a two year program of the National Examination board which prepares foundation knowledge of arts, social science, humanities, business, science, social work in the academic structure of this program. It is a stepping stone to study further and work as teachers, educators, education planners in the education sector development and applicable fields. 

Birat Science College also offers a two years Plus2 Management program of the National Examination Board. It provides foundational level knowledge of organization and management functions from economic, financial, managerial, analytical and decisional point of views. The core areas of business are also learnt in Plus2 Management program like accountancy, finance, marketing, human resource management, office management in the knowledge level of this program to students.

Birat Science College offers a four year Bachelor of Science physics program of Tribhuvan University. It provides comprehensive understanding of physics and its application from the areas of core theories, principles, mathematics, advanced study of astrophysics, condensed matter physics, and experimental physics for the students. Some of the theories which students learn in Bachelor of Science Physics are classical mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, theory of relativity, fluid mechanics, acoustic and waves.
