Objectives of Baker

The main objective behind taking the baker course of CTEVT is to produce bakers who can get employed in and outside the country. Also, be able to show competency in skilled bakery arts of the nation and abroad in hotels and restaurants.

Eligibility

To become eligible the applicants must be:

able to read and write in Nepali and English languages.
of age 18 or above.
a pass-out of grade 8.

The career options after successful completion of three three-month Bakers course of CTEVT are found in the following:

Bakery shop
Hotel
Restaurant
Culinary schools
Cafe’s
Restaurants
Party halls

Besides you can also start your bakery shop and display self-created products to yield income.
