Hams Nursing College

Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery (HAMS) was established in the year 2066 B.S. with a motive to provide advance medical study in Nepal. It is in affiliation with Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). HAMS Nursing College has got experienced, dedicated, talented and motivated faculty members. The results of this institution are improving year by year, which has made it one of the priority institutions for students to join. HAMS Nursing College is located at Buddhanagar.

HAMS provides PCL Nursing which is of total three years course.

• SLC board topper, district topper and entrance topper will be provided with full scholarship.
• Partial scholarships are also available for those securing good first division and distinction in SLC examinations.
• Few seats are provided to those who are needy and deserving.
• Toppers in yearly examinations of college will also be provided with full scholarship in tuition fees for upcoming year.
• Gold medalist by topping board exam will be awarded with cash prize, medal and certificate at HAMS Nursing College.

Facilities

Clean and spacious library with text books, reference books, research journals and daily magazines are made available. Computer lab is available with high speed of internet facility so that students will be able to complete their assignments and do research study. Science lab are well equipped and with full of required materials for completing practical class. Transportation and canteen facility is provided as well. HAMS Nursing College organizes annual programs, educational tours and seminars within college premises. Admission Procedure

• Students securing minimum of second division marks in School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations or equivalent which is recognized by board are eligible to apply for the course at HAMS Nursing College.
• Only female candidates can apply.
• An entrance exam is taken by HAMS Nursing College. Students should at least secure pass marks for further admission process.
• They select students on the basis of merit list because only limited seats for 40 candidates are available.
