Kailpal Academy of Health Science offers a four year Bachelor of Science Microbiology program of Tribhuvan University. It provides study of microbes and their interaction with living beings like humans, plants, animals and the environment. It covers aspects of environment microbiology, food microbiology, agricultural and industrial microbiology, medical microbiology, virology and immunology. 

Kailpal Academy of health science offers a three years Certificate in diagnostic radiography program of CTEVT. This program helps to produce mid-level radiography and imaging service providers. The topics of learning and skill development with practical works are foundations of basic science, basic radiography and imaging related services, practical in hospitals, medical imaging centers and health institutes. It also helps to gain knowledge of maternity care and basic public health care.

Kailpal Academy of health science offers Certificate in Medical lab technology of CTEVT. It is concerned with diagnosis, treatment and prevention by using pathological tests. It focuses on basic science and foundation courses, basic laboratories from theory and practical, comprehensive practical setting in hospitals and medical labs. Students will be able to learn how to perform routine and special lab investigations and interpret results and interpret them. Also assist in research works.

Kailpal Academy of health science offers PCL in general medicine health assistant program of CTEVT. It is a three year program to produce middle level health professionals in community health care. It provides knowledge and skills from general basic science and applied science in medicine, surgery, clinical pathology, PHC Family health, pediatrics, medicine, surgery 2 and comprehensive practices in clinics, and community field practices.

Kailpal Academy of health science offers Pre-Diploma in Computer Engineering civil sub overseer. It is a one year three months program of CTEVT. This program produces junior level technicians in computer programming, networking, designing, programming. It comes with a one-year inhouse course and six months of on-the-job training. Kailpal Academy offers a Pre-Diploma in Social Mobilization program of CTEVT of one year and three months. It provides technical skills and knowledge of social mobilization and community development workers. They work with rural and urban communities in different developmental activities. They learn techniques, methods and processes of social mobilization in Nepal. Students develop coordinating skills, communication skills, general awareness altogether.
