Kantipur Insitute of Technology and Management has been providing quality education in the field of Information Technology and Management. The college currently offers Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and BSC CSIT in affiliation to Rajarshi Janak University (RJU). The college was established by a team of dedicated and result-oriented academicians and professionals with the motto of “Unleashing Limitless Possibilities” through strategic innovations in education. It is located at the heart of Kathmandu valley that is Putalisadak.

Kantipur Institute of technology and Management have scholarship offerings in the academic programs for students deserving them and are on merit basis. The scholarship offered are up to 100 percent full scholarship for Bachelor of Computer Application and Bachelor of Science Computer Science and Information technology programs run by this College. These scholarships are categorized for ten students who are sponsored by software companies.
