Kasturi College offers two years four semesters Master of Business Studies program of Tribhuvan University. It equips functional knowledge of business management and operations for producing high level managers in functional areas of management. It allows to gain specialist knowledge from one area among finance, accountancy, management and marketing and also build up skills of entrepreneurship and leadership for the business environment of national and global perspectives. 

Kasturi College offers a four year Bachelor of Business Studies program of Faculty of Management Tribhuvan University. This program produces competent managers for any organized sector of business activity. It provides reality-based skills from the operational level from areas of accounting, finance, marketing, management and disciplines. Besides there are core courses which are integrated from all areas of management and business issues. The foundational level of BBS is amalgamation of allied disciplines of language, legal studies, economic analysis, quantitative and research methods to comprehend theories, concepts and practices.

Kasturi College offers a two years Plus2 Science program of the National Examination Board. It is divided into two groups: physical and biological groups. This program provides strong foundations in science background of Physics, Chemistry, Biology with allied mathematics and computer science knowledge which helps to prepare for academic path in engineering, medicine, technology and biotechnology fields of science areas. 

Kasturi College of Management offers a two years Plus2 Management program of the National Examination Board. It provides foundational knowledge of management principles, in functional areas of theoretical and practical knowledge of accountancy, finance, marketing, economics, business math and optional courses in hotel management and travel and tourism management studies. Students of this program at Kasturi College become academically sound in management areas of functions and enter academic programs of university in business, travel and tourism, hotel management, and computer application fields. 

Kasturi College offers a four year Bachelor of Business Administration program of Purbanchal University. It is a total 120 credit hours program which provides knowledge and skills of managing business functions and organization units of enterprise. It provides broad based business knowledge of latest advent like E-commerce, International business with core areas of production and operation management, banking and insurance, project management, taxation and auditing, and emerging trends of modern business environments.
