Kathmandu Engineering College

Kathmandu Engineering College or KEC is the first ISO: 9001:2008 licensed college of Nepal. It has always been one of the leading technical institutes in the country since its establishment from 1998. KEC is affiliated with TU (Tribhuvan University) and is located at Kalimati, Kathmandu. The management is handled by the team of excellent board members. Administration, teaching faculties and other staffs at KEC are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Kathmandu Engineering College being located at a prime location, has 30 ropanies of land which includes of some land leased and some owned by it. One of the advantages of studying at KEC is that it is easily accessible to students and can be reached by public transport at any time. 

Kathmandu Engineering provides courses in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering. Candidates who have passed their +2 level with minimum of second division marks (45%) can apply at Kathmandu Engineering and they also must pass the screening test conducted by IOE.
