It provides comprehensive knowledge skills and competencies of architecture design principles, 3 D models, digital representation of buildings, energy efficient and green building practices, strong communication and collaboration skills, and produces architects who can work in rural and urban development. This program also allows for workshop practice, in fifth and sixth semesters. 

Kathmandu Institute of technology offers Diploma in Electrical Engineering program of CTEVT. This program provides knowledge and skills of designing, development and testing electrical equipment with knowledge and skills of electricity, electric circuit, machine operation, small hydropower operation and maintenance, industrial electricity maintenance, maintaining home appliances, supervision of power transmission and distribution, renewable energy projects etc. 

Kathmandu Institute of Technology offers a three year Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering of CTEVT. It deals with design of electronic circuits and integrated circuits and systems, electrical machines and power systems, electronics, analog and digital electronics, microcontrollers and embedded systems, power electronics, control systems, communication systems, Computer aided design, along with skills of communication, problem solving, teamwork and project management. This program will produce mid level technicians of electrical and electrical Engineering job environment.

Kathmandu Institute of technology offers a two years Plus2 Management program of the National Examination Board. It provides foundation level knowledge in areas of business and office management, along with concepts and skills of hotel management fields. This program meets the requirement of the University program in Bachelor level of Business, hotel management, travel and tourism studies and also Bachelor of Computer Application from the foundation level knowledge of mathematics, accountancy, economics, hotel management, computer science programs.

This program provides foundation level studies of science from physics, chemistry, biology, along with mathematics and computer science. It allows one to excel in the area of knowledge from science and technology fields by preparing for Bachelor level programs in medical, engineering, computer science and technology, biotechnology, nursing, and research based allied science disciplines.
