Overview
Kathmandu University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering offers a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering program of four years. It offers specializations in two areas: power and control or communication. The Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Communication provides knowledge of the application of electrical, electronic, and communication systems. It combines the disciplines of computer science and mathematics to design, develop, and test electrical and communication systems. A Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Power and Control will allow you to gain knowledge of power systems modeling, power electronics, control systems, and high-voltage engineering. It prepares for the role of energy generation, automation, and development of infrastructure.

Admission Requirements in Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Eligibility for Admission:
- Applicant interested in pursuing this program must have to complete +2 or any intermediate level with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. Moreover, applicant must have to score fifty percent in the major subjects like Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics subjects.
- Applicant must have to appear in the entrance test conducted by the Kathmandu University.
