Overview
Kathmandu University, School of Medical Sciences, offers a five-year, six-month Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery program. This MBBS program also has one year of a compulsory rotating internship program for the students. This program provides a comprehensive study of medicine, such as anatomy and physiology, clinical practice, and surgery. The completion of this program will allow you to become a general physician or become a medical doctor in a specialized field like forensic medicine, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics, or gynecology.
