Overview
Kathmandu University offers a four-year Bachelor of Professional Hospitality (BPH) program. It is a 120 credit hour program that provides professional skills and competencies from a holistic view of industry and hospitality-related operations. Professional hospitality is about creating memorable and positive experiences for clients or guests while having a business-oriented or other approach. This program allows students to spend more time in industry, enhancing their knowledge, skills, and competencies, and developing the attitude to become successful professionals in the hospitality industry. This program will allow students the best placements during the study duration and internship.
Objective
The objectives of the Bachelor of Professional Hospitality (BPH) are given below:

Admission Requirements
To get admitted at KU affiliated colleges, some general eligibility criteria for this program are
- Students must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45 percent or a CGPA of 2.0 and a minimum grade of D+.
- Must pass the Kathmandu University Undergraduate Management Admission Test (KUUMAT) entrance exam.
- Must pass a minimum of 3 subjects in A-levels and one general paper in AS level.
