Overview
Kathmandu University offers a two-year Master of Education in leadership and management. This program prepares well-versed, competent, and change-oriented educational leaders and managers in educational organizations, adopting modern leadership and management techniques and practices. It provides high-level management and leadership theoretical knowledge and skills needed by educational leaders from educational technologies, pedagogical practices, change, and innovation in education. Thus, it allows improving the quality of education and promoting student achievement. It allows you to lead and manage change, communicate effectively, and create inclusive and healthy learning environments.

Admission Requirements in MEd Educational Management
Must have a bachelor's degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution. Must have a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0. A valid teaching certificate or relevant work experience in an educational setting, standardized test scores (GMAT, GRE).
Eligibility
Must appear and pass a written entrance exam and interview round for selection on a merit basis.
