MerryLand College offers a four year Bachelor of Business Studies program to become middle class managers to handle business issues efficiently. It provides knowledge of managerial tools and statistical methods for decision making, economic aspect, cost and management accounting, management and entrepreneurship knowledge for decision making and creating employment opportunities also. It also allows one to gain knowledge in the area of accounting, finance, marketing and management to provide a degree of functional expertise to graduates of BBS in the job market. It also brings the integrated knowledge from other disciplines such as language, economics, legal environment, mathematics, research methods and computing areas in the study to comprehend management theories, concepts and practices.

Merry land College offers a Plus2 Management program of two years from the National Examination Board. This program aims to produce students in global business fields. It provides general management principles, functional areas of business to become successful entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. It offers a grassroot level of solid foundation knowledge and skills of business, hotel management,. It delves into conceptual knowledge of accounting, economics, business math, computer science, entrepreneurship, marketing and office practices. 

MerryLand College offers a full time Chartered Accountancy program of ICAN, Nepal. It is the first and only institution in Province 1 to operate this program in the region. It provides in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical training for imparting sound analytical and problem-solving from accounting and auditing skills. It is divided into three levels CAP 1 six months, CAP 2 nine months and CAP3 three years including practical training. The areas of studies are in CAP1 fundamental of accounting, mercantile law, fundamental of economics, fundamental of management along with commercial mathematics and statistics.  CAP 2 has seven papers advanced accounting, audit and assurance, corporate and other laws, financial management, cost and management accounting, business communication and marketing, income tax and VAT and CAP 3 has eight papers in two groups advanced financial reporting, advanced financial management, auditing, corporate laws, management information and communication system, advanced taxation, advanced cost and management accounting, strategic management and decision-making analysis. It also involves article ship training in audit firms and client offices.
