Minimum D grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with CGPA 1.8 or more. or Minimum score of second division marks in 10+2 PCL or equivalent in any discipline. or Students who have passed grade 11 and are waiting the result of grade 12 can also apply. However, they have to submit the certificates of grades 11 & 12 and all the required documents at the time of admission. A level pass students are also eligible to fill up the form. |

- Online Entrance Application Form:29 June – 5 Aug. 2026 (15 Aashad – 20 Shrawan 2083 B.S.)
- Online Entrance Application Form in Double Fees:6 Aug – 10 Aug 2026 (21 – 25 Shrawan 2083 B.S.)
- Application Process:Applicant can apply through entrance.tufohss.edu.np directly.
- Further Information:For detail information, visit the website: www.fohss.tu.edu.np.
- Entrance Examination Fee:Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundreds Only). During the time of filling-up the application form, student should pay through e-Sewa or Khalti by online mode. The deposited amount cannot be refunded.
- Entrance Examination Date, Time & Center:16 Aug 2026 (31 Shrawan 2083) 8:00 AM
- Exam Center:Exam Center will be published later.
Note:The respective campuses should approve the applicants' form by 5 - 20 Aug, 2026.
