Nepal Open University a premier online open learning established by the Parliament Act offers programs f.....rom Diploma, Bachelor, one year Bachelor of Education, Master, Master of Philosophy, and PhD level programs. These programs are from Faculties of Science, Health and Technology; Social Science and Education; and Management and Law. NOU was established by an act of parliament in 2073 B.S. (2016) by the government of Nepal to make higher education accessible to everyone with information and communication technology. NOU is going to run programs through distance online learning mode.
