Overview

Purbanchal University offers a Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management of four years, eight semesters, and 144 credit hours. This program provides knowledge of hospitality, like international marketing, financial analysis, front office operations, accounting, hotel and restaurant operations, food preparation and service, and brand management from each functional department of hospitality businesses. It also covers practical aspects with lab-based skills, internship work, and report writing. It also provides vocational skills to work at supervisory and management levels in the hospitality business.
