Overview

Purbanchal University Faculty of Science and Technology offers a four-year, eight-semester Bachelor of Food Technology program. This program will provide knowledge of applying food science by study of physical, chemical, and microbiological elements of food and how they are selected, preserved, processed, packaged, distributed, and used with safety instructions and consumption storage. It covers the broad areas of technical sales, quality assurance, production management, research and development, food technology, process and product development, and related fields of knowledge and skills.

Admission Requirements in Bachelor of Food Technology

Any student who have successfully completed their 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Purbanchal University is eligible to apply for this job.
