Overview
Purbanchal University Faculty of Management offers a Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management program of four years, eight semesters, and 144 credit hours. This program prepares intellectual and trained professionals for providing services in different departments of hospitality industries. This program is run at an exceptional education system with instruction, seminars, workshops, and industry visits. It also deals with knowledge and art of food production, buffet and catering operations, quality control, finance, and administrative knowledge of hospitality and catering service operations.
Objectives of Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management

- To plan and execute techniques for dining services, wine and beverage, and bar operations.

Admission Requirements in Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management
The admission requirement for the Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management program are as follows:
- Candidate must have to complete +2/ Intermediate or any equivalent level in any stream from college/ Board/ University recognized by Purbanchal University (PU).
- Candidate must require to get through the Purbanchal University’s entrance exam and interview.
