Overview

Rajarshi Janak University offers a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture program of eight semesters and 165 credit hours in a span of four years. This program provides theoretical and practical knowledge of agriculture with plant and animal science, economics and agribusiness management, Engineering principles and applications in study subjects. The program structure combines case studies, lectures, project work, and seminars for learning.
 

Objectives

The objectives of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture program of RJU are:

• To gain a broad understanding of soil, plant breeding, animal husbandry, entomology, pathology, and applied fields of knowledge.

Should have completed Plus 2 Science stream or equivalent with biology, chemistry, and mathematics as main subjects.

The total cost of the BSc Agriculture program is Rs 2,90,000 for RJU.
