Rapti Technical School

Rapti technical School offers a three year Diploma in Civil Engineering program of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare a middle level civil Engineering workforce for public and private infrastructure development. It covers all core areas of civil engineering in theoretical knowledge and practical applications such as water supply Engineering, highway Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, computer application. It also allows students to take part in project works and gain practical knowledge of real time Civil Engineering construction sector in Nepal.

Rapti Technical School offers a three year Diploma in Ophthalmic Science program of CTEVT. This program prepares ophthalmic assistants and health sector workers for providing eye health services to the community. It provides knowledge of ophthalmology and general medicine, diagnoses and manages common ocular disorders, works in a variety of eye health care settings and advises medications for the nature of disease and condition of patients. It also provides clinical practice in hospital and community based, for practical training and skill development. 

Rapti Technical School offers a three years Diploma in Pharmacy program of three years of CTEVT. This program prepares Assistant Pharmacists which have been approved by Nepal Pharmacy Council for preparing, dispensing and appropriate use of medicine for optimum therapeutic outcomes. They are also able to apply quality control and rational use of drugs within the health care service and private sector. It also provides comprehensive field work practice alongside theory and practical knowledge of pharmaceutics, health education and health care sectors.

Rapti Technical School offers one year three months Pre Diploma in Civil Engineering program of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare technicians in the field of civil Engineering. It prepares civil sub overseers in construction technology, water supply, road and trial bridges and irrigation sector. It also includes on the job training and workshop practice for real time work experience of civil Engineering projects and work environment. 

Rapti Technical School offers one year six months Pre Diploma in Veterinary Science program of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare junior technical assistants to provide veterinary clinical services and to farmers livestock extension services as well. It also makes awareness of veterinary epidemiology hazards and its direct impact on public health, handles surgical cases and gynecological cases and prevents disease of livestock farming communities. It provides knowledge of veterinary medicine, lab technology, physiology, anatomy, pharmacology and surgery areas specifically.

Rapti Technical School offers one year three months Pre Diploma in Agriculture program of CTEVT. This program provides knowledge of agriculture and farm management and be able to start their own business upon completion of this program. The areas of knowledge and skills the program focuses on are agriculture extension and community development, crop and crop seed production, plant propagation and horticulture, fruit cultivation, plant protection, apiculture, Seri culture, farm machinery use for irrigation and aquaculture. It also includes six months on the job training.

Rapti Technical School offers one year six months Pre Diploma in Livestock production and animal health program of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare Junior technical assistants to focus on poultry production, dairy science, livestock production and management, animal nutrition and animal health. It also allows one to develop one’s own enterprise with livestock, poultry and fish, execute preventive measures of common disease, produce hygienic milk, meat, cultivate fodder and grass for livestock. 

Rapti Technical School offers a three year Diploma in Agriculture Plant Science program of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare middle level agro veterinary technicians with knowledge and skills of agriculture, horticulture plant protection, community development and entrepreneurship. It provides knowledge of soil management, conservation and environment science, post-harvest technology, plant breeding, seed production technology, horticulture and nursery management, vegetable production, forest product, work experience program, agriculture extension and community development knowledge. 

Rapti technical School offers a Diploma in Agriculture Animal Science program of three years of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare middle level human resources with skills of agriculture, veterinary science and animal husbandry. It provides knowledge of animal health, commercial dairy farming, dairy and animal product technology, commercial poultry product, veterinary lab techniques, veterinary clinical practice and work experience program. It provides broad knowledge and skills of animal science, care and management of domesticated animals and work as paraprofessionals under guidance and responsibility of veterinarians.
