Shree Krishna Secondary School offers one year six months Pre Diploma in Agriculture Plant Science program of CTEVT. This program will provide fundamental agriculture knowledge and skill of plant science. It prepares lower-level human resources in the area of agriculture and will focus on agriculture and farm management. It helps to meet agriculture manpower in various institutions through training for the government and non-government sector. 

Shree Krishna Secondary School offers one year six months Pre Diploma in Veterinary Science of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare junior technical assistants in veterinary clinical services and livestock extension to the communities. It can suggest farmers with livestock production, animal nutrition, fodder production, diagnose and manage disease, handle surgical cases and provide medicine in veterinary practice to cure disease and further prevention. It also has practical on the job training programs also in veterinary clinics and livestock communities.

Shree Krishna Secondary School offers Diploma in Agriculture Animal Science program of CTEVT. This program aims to prepare middle level technical human resources with skills and knowledge of agriculture livestock. This program will allow preventive and curative services to domesticated animals and farmers, provide first aid and referral services, extension and community development services, agribusiness management and cooperative services, understand global, environmental, social, and ethical context of their works and establish small scale production or agro services. This program will also give emphasis to learned skills through project work and internship programs. 

Shree Krishna Secondary School offers a three year Diploma in Agriculture Plant Science program of CTEVT. This program prepares middle level technicians in the area of agriculture horticulture and can provide technical and managerial services in public and private agriculture sectors. It provides knowledge of general science, agriculture business management and cooperative, aquaculture and fisheries, agronomy, plant protection, soil management, post-harvest technology, crop production, plant breeding, horticulture, vegetable production, timber forest production. It also has an eight hours work experience program for competency in the agriculture sector and entrepreneurship ventures of farming and agribusiness and provide livelihood for the majority of population in Nepal.
