Overview

Tribhuvan University (TU) offers a four-year Bachelor of Industrial Engineering program (B.Sc.IE). This program provides knowledge of industrial management, technologies, and methodologies in various industries around the globe. This program prepares entrepreneurs, managers, and technical experts in a variety of industries such as hydropower, renewable and alternative energy, food and beverage, telecommunications, manufacturing, textiles, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, etc.

Admission Requirements in Bachelor of Industrial Engineering

In order to join the Bachelor of Industrial Engineering program affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU), interested candidates must possess the following qualifications: the The candidates must have completed ISc or 10+2 in science or any equivalent degree recognized by Tribhuvan University. The The candidates must have passed the 12th exam with 45% in total.

 

  • Furthermore, candidates must score over 45% in the major subjects. Such as physics, chemimathematics, and thematics.

  • Candidates must appear for an entrance examination conducted annually by the Institute of Engineering (IOE).

The application submission date usually opens in Bhadra and lasts for about a month. These updates can be found on TU's Institute of Science and Technology website. The application forms are to be submitted online after receiving a bank voucher for payment of the application form.
