Overview
Situated at the lap of Maitidevi, the beautiful and relaxing place of Kathmandu, Universal College is one of the important names of Nepalese education sector. The presence of this college in the academic sector has become more than 19 years but its quality, determination and academic excellence has not decreased a bit but it is in the increasing trend. It’s very hard to run the institution in such a competitive world for such long but the continuous effort and dedication of the people involved in it, this college has become one of the leading colleges in Nepal.
Its experience of more than 19 years in the academic sector is itself a milestone and a perfect example of its credibility. In its long journey, this college has produced SLC toppers, Plus two toppers, TU toppers, MBBS and BE scholarship holders and many more. Not only topers, average and weak students have also done very well and have brought good results from the guidance and motivation of teachers and founders. The students here are equally efficient in extra-curricular activities and the product of this college has performed very well in the job market as well.
This college does not run one or two program but there are different programs from Montessori to Master’s level. The Montessori classes and classes from 1 to 12 are run by Marvellous English Boarding School. In +2 levels under the affiliation of HSEB, the college runs science, management and humanities with fine arts program. It is continuously bringing good results in the intermediate program and is A- Lister College in the town.
In Bachelor Level, it runs BBA, BBS and BA program. All this programs are affiliated to Tribhuvan University. All these three programs attract lot of attention from students. BBS was started from 2054 BS while BBA program was introduced 2061 BS followed by BA in 2062 BS. And, when it comes to master level study, MA English program is delivered by this college. This program was introduced in 2062 BS. Since then, the college is providing quality education to the students.
