The various programs are as follows:

Western Community Skill Development Center is a technical training institution situated in Baglung Bazar, Baglung district of Nepal. It offers technical training programs in TSLC in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Sub-overseer) and is associated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). To offer the youth of the Baglung district high-quality technical education and training, the center was founded in 2008 AD. It contains a workshop and lab with modern equipment and knowledgeable teachers. The center also helps its graduates find employment.
