An Exemplary support of community

A tidy, well organized and attractive classroom is what we will see at Janachetana Aaharbhut School, located at Muru 2 Khorbare. The school is facilitated with enough teachers, resources and facilities. The principal of the school said that teachers and staffs of the school have also been very supportive. Without their contribution, the improvement hasn't been possible. He further added that it's very difficult to run the school without the essential materials required to study. With the help of the local people, the children education activities Nirmala Oli managed the resources of the school. The education system has improved in this way.

Known as the exemplary school of the district, the district education office is contributing an amount of 20-25 thousands each year as PCF. Other than that the school is not getting any financial reimbursement.

Though the school is running efficiently, the school is backward financially. The teachers haven't received their pay since 2072. The money collected from Deusi-Bhailo program is invested in other management activities. Non-governmental organizations helped the school financially a year ago.

Even though the school is facing financial problems, the school has managed to become an exemplary school with the help of the community. Spacious compound, well-furnished infrastructure, hygiene and cleanliness of the school give us the image of some private school. If some organization is to oversee this school which is trying to provide facilities along with good education to its students, then the school will hopefully leave a mark as an exemplary school of not only the district but of the Nepal.
