Bagmati Modern College

Bagmati Modern College located at Sukhedhara, Kathmandu was established in 1996 AD. It has been providing qualitative education to the students. Bagmati Modern  helps and encourages the development of self-discipline, self-learning, and self-dependence so that they can overcome challenges when they enter real life. Bagmati Modern has a large spacious area of about twenty acres of land and a separate sports complex of an international standard. It has enough parking space and modest gardens along with spacious green lawns inside the college area. The main aim of the Bagmati Modern is distinctive in its viewpoint. Overcoming many obstacles, the BMC has come along to produce competent results for the last twelve years in a row.

The facilities of Bagmati Modern College include:

• Faculties

The Bagmati Modern has a greater number of Professors and Lecturers who have great experience of teaching in different universities inside the country and outside as well. These excellent teaching staff will be looking after the students of +2 level.

• Library

The library is huge but well-managed. The library holds numerous amounts of books related to text subjects along with a wide variety of journals and other daily newspapers and magazines.

• Laboratory

Bagmati Modern provides laboratories that are well-prepared with all the necessary equipment for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Hotel Management for conducting experiments at any level.

• Computer Education

As a modern way of teaching it has brought the concept of computer education. This is optional for plus two-level students. All of the computers are provided with Internet and Wi-Fi facilities during college hours.

• Scholarship scheme

Bagmati Modern College offers scholarships for well-deserving and praiseworthy students. Besides the general scholarship scheme, students securing first, second, and third positions in every monthly test will get 100%, 50%, and 25% scholarships in tuition fees.
