A glance on students dreams

Talking about my dream, I want to see Kathmandu as an animal free city. It is simply because I cannot see animals suffering at the street. So far, I, and my mother have been able to rescue few street dogs and provided them with shelters. Basically, I am working and will work for the welfare of stray animals. Career wise, I have a dream of becoming a famous female IT personnel of my country. As I have already completed my bachelor’s degree in computer science, I am preparing for my further degree in the same field.

When I was in my earliest age, I dreamt about to be a teacher. I used to think that I could be good teacher and stand in front of numbers of student. When I grew up that childhood dream disappeared in me. I am a BBS student now and far from my field, graphic designing happened in my life. These days I dream to be a professional graphic designer. Every moment I enjoy doing this. In future, I want to be a professional graphic designer. To make this happen I have joined graphic designing class and currently. I have got opportunity to intern at same organization. Besides that, I have been working hard to learn this in depth. As consistent practice makes everyone perfect, so I will continue my practice until I get used to into it.

I aspire to advance myself to be professional Social worker by furnishing my skills thereby solving the problems existing in the society to bring the sustainable changes and development. After gaining several experiences I want to help the “helpless” to create an environment where they can compete in the existing society.
To achieve this goal, I therefore need to gain lot of experiences in the field to get exposed in the real life of the vulnerable group of people (to assess the true situation) who are deprived of many facilities and the resources and enhance my learning by getting equipped with the skills, knowledge, information, training therefore tackling with the obstacles to meet the target goal. Being a student of social work I am learning the ways to deal with the minor issues of the community that are being ignored or left unheard.

I have always been fascinated towards acting, clicking photos, makeup and stylish clothes since my childhood. I dance whenever I get leisure time. My dream is to become a leading actress of my country and showcase my talent in an international platform. Currently, I am studying at class 9 at Kendriya Vidhyalaya. Study is my first priority but I focus on my dream as well. My family has always been supportive towards my dream. To enhance my acting and dancing skills, I go to acting and dancing classes after my school. I think it is necessary to dream big and work on it passionately.
