Bachelor of Art is a four year program from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. It provides knowledge of liberal arts to produce human resources in the creative professions such as curator, art administrator, graphic designer, fashion, writing, publication, animation and broadcasting companies. This program has many branches from language, linguistics, population, psychology, rural development, social work, economics, religion, life science, political science areas.

Diamond College also offers Bachelor of Business Studies four-year program of Tribhuvan University. This program helps to understand how the companies can be economically successful. This program allows one to become competent managers of organized activity from knowledge and skills of accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, and entrepreneurship. BBS students have to carry out business research or final projects in the final term which helps them to advance in professional knowledge and real-life skill development of working in management of professional establishments.

Diamond College offers a two years Plus2 Humanities program of the National Examination Board. This program provides amalgamation of courses of social science disciplines, business, computer science and is targeted to develop professional knowledge and skills to work in the public sector as social service providers from social work, counseling, mass communication, investigative journalism, editor and development workers. 

Diamond College offers the Plus2 Management program of the National Examination Board. It provides a strong foundation in management principles, accounting, business organization and office management, marketing and economics. Plus2 is a two year program for preparing University level programs of Business, Hotel and travel and tourism management areas. It is also for entry level job positions of managerial firms in government organizations.
