Academic Programs

Culinary Undergraduate: 

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts a program that provides comprehensive culinary Management education with theory and practical subjects in ratio of 7:3  It stress on operational Management knowledge, Development of basic kitchen skills
  • Higher Diploma in International Culinary Arts. Students will learn about transferable Management skills to manage a Professional kitchen. It is based on Practical and theory with examinations, course work, essays, reports, group work and presentations.
  • Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) with International Culinary Arts: It is a program that provide transferable advanced business Management skills to develop new culinary products suitable for marketplace.This program will lead to Management of own culinary business and work in Kitchen of high end restaurant Hotel.

Hospitality Undergraduate:

  • Foundation Certificate program in International Hotel and tourism Management: It provides foundation knowledge about Hotel, tourism and events Management and prepares for BA (Hons.) degree course
  • Diploma in Business Hotel and Tourism Management : It provides knowledge of revenue generating outlets of international business and grounding in Financial and operational considerations. Internship of 22 weeks can be taken after the study of this course.
  • Higher Diploma in International Hotel and tourism Management: This program provides knowledge of business, tourism Development, sustainability, entrepreneurship, human resource Management, Financial decision making, events Management and Food and Beverage studies.
  • Bachelor of Arts Hons. in International Hotel and tourism Management: This program allows specialization in two fields Hotel and tourism with focus given in strategic development of business organizations with the dissertation work.

Business/Marketing Undergraduate:

  • Diploma in Business Hotel and Tourism Management
  • Higher Diploma in Global Business Management which gives education about Management strategy in global context and trade across borders.This program provides top quality internship in Switzerland or abroad
  • Bachelor of Arts(Hons.) with Global Business Management which focuses on strategic business development of organizations and challenges across global marketplace. It has 22 weeks period of internship program.

Post graduate:

  • Master of Science in Hospitality and Event Management that provides broad insight on operational Management, planning and strategy within international arena.
  • Post graduate Diploma in International Hotel and Events Management focuses on operational and integrated Management  with service focus on food and beverage operations, front office Management and Business Development of hospitality organizations.
  • Swiss degree in international hospitality Management  with subjects in Food and beverage, culinary, front office, room divisions. Starts from February to August

Summer program:

Combines activities, excursions, information sessions , five hours hotel/culinary classes per week, all courses included and students get theirmeals on campus and facilities of Campus.
