HOW HAS YOUR JOURNEY IN MOVIES BEEN SO FAR?

Well the journey has just started. Its’ been amazing till the date.

WHY SO LESS MOVIES? WHAT KIND OF ROLES YOU DREAM TO DO?

Its’ been 3 years since I’ve started my career. I am three films old, not that less. It is just I want to play safe at least for some time and don’t want to take risk with movies I do.

AFTER GETTING MARRIED TO NISCHAL BASNET WHAT THINGS YOU FEEL HAS BEEN CHANGED IN YOUR CAREER AND LIFE?

Talking about career nothing more has changed. I have someone in my life with whom I can get suggestion regarding my work which I rarely do.

DO YOU GIVE GIFTS TO YOUR PARENTS IF YES WHAT KIND OF GIFTS YOU GENERALLY GIVE?

I have gifted a lot to my Parents since I worked. It’s just random gifts like clothes or accessories. Household gifts to my mom sometimes.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR CAREER AGAIN; ACTORS GENERALLY HAVE FAVORITES, WHO ARE YOUR FAVORITE DIRECTORS, ACTORS IN NEPALI MOVIE INDUSTRY?

My favorite director is with no doubt Nischal Basnet. I like Deepa Shree Niraula and Hem Raj B.C.’s work also.

NEPALI MOVIE USED TO HAD LEADING HEROINES LIKE TRIPTI NADKAR, GAURI MALLA, MAUSAMI MALLA, SHRISTI MAINALI, SINCE MORE THAN DECADE INCLUDING REKHA THAPA, BUT NEW GENERATION ACTRESSES HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MARK THE LEVEL OF WHAT ALL THESE ACTRESSES ACHIEVED OVER THE YEARS IN MOVIE CAREER, WHAT DO YOU THINK NEPALI MOVIE INDUSTRY IS NOW LACKING ON BRINGING NEW GENERATION OF LEADING FACES?

Who says not??? After few decades today’s generation of actresses will be counted as the leading ladies of this generation. We are struggling to make it happen and we surely will.

ONE ACTOR WITH WHOM YOU WANT TO PAIR UP ON SCREEN?

No such dreams of pairing with someone. But I love the work of Bipin Karki hopefully; someday I’ll be working with him.

WHAT ARE YOUR UPCOMING PROJECTS?

Well, I haven’t signed any of the projects as of now. Going through few scripts but as I said, I want to play it safe for sometimes so I am waiting for a good team to offer me some good roles.
