Janaki Medical College offers four years full time Bachelor in Dental Surgery program of Tribhuvan University. It is a five years six months program which includes one year rotating compulsory internship. This program provides knowledge to produce dental care professionals to investigate, treat and prevent dental problems. The course compositions are integrated basic medical sciences, clinical medical science and clinical dental science and covers areas of prosthodontics, conservative and endodontics, oral surgery and periodontics study.

Janaki Medical College offers a Bachelor in Nursing Science three years program at Tribhuvan University. It provides nursing concepts, teaching and learning, management and leadership training, areas of community health nursing, midwifery, psychiatric learning, adult, child health nursing and geriatric nursing areas in theory and practical skills also with computer science and health economics as allied subjects of this discipline. It also focuses on the area of nursing research.

Tribhuvan University offers a three year MD general practice program to understand common and major health problems, perform relative physical examination and diagnostic procedure, provide appropriate and surgical management for health problems. It provides research-led rotation wise knowledge of medical sciences, community medicine, and research methods, forensic medicine, surgery and orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and family planning along with final exams. 

Master of Surgery General Surgery is a three year program of Tribhuvan University. This residential program provides knowledge of general surgery and surgical specialties resulting from disease or trauma. This program also has clinical training where students are placed in surgical departments rotating in valley groups of hospitals. They have to present their selected research topics for thesis work. The study of this program will allow us to perform complex surgical procedures and advanced medical science contributions.

Janaki Medical College offers five-year six months Bachelor of Medicine and bachelor of Surgery MBBS program of Tribhuvan University. This program prepares competent medical doctors in national and international health care systems. This program will provide knowledge to take medical history, perform clinical examinations, diagnose various diseases, plan and manage preventive rehabilitative and promotive health services, conduct research in the health sector. It also has six months of rotating internship. The focus areas are internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, anesthesiology, radiology, and emergency medicine.

Janaki Medical College offers Bachelor of Science Nursing program of Tribhuvan University in four years of study. This program aims to equip middle level nurses who can provide care, teach and manage in community settings and hospitals. It covers knowledge of nursing, integrated health science, community health, geriatric nursing, nutrition and health studies, psychiatric nursing along with midwifery, child health nursing, family and reproductive nursing, and combines educational science, management, research and economic branches of studies in the Bachelor of Science Nursing program.
