Karnali Academy of Health Science offers a three year Bachelor of Nursing Science program. This program was devised to prepare competent graduates of mid-level nurses who can work as members of the health care team in hospital, community settings and health service positions to provide preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative care. It provides knowledge of nursing, behavioral and applied science, biomedical science, and being able to participate in nursing activities for development of nursing professions.

Karnali Academy of Health Sciences offers a four year Bachelor of Public health program with six months of practical training in the final year. This program provides knowledge and skills to prepare public health care professionals on a global scale in a vast area of community health. It allows to develop skills and knowledge of medical sciences, public health, primary health care, health system development, health economics, research and scientific writing skills along with district level public health program and project management knowledge and skill level.

Karnali Academy of Health Sciences offers a three year Bachelor in MidWifery Science program. This program allows to develop midwives with sexual, reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child-based development needs of health services. It provides care to childbearing families and mothers, safe midwifery practices, flexible care for women, newborn and her family, and empower women to assume responsibility of her health and her baby.

Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery is a five-year six months program of Karnali Academy of Health Science. It has one year of compulsory rotating internship. The program provides a wide range of knowledge in clinical and community medicine, evidence-based practice, and adequate community exposure. This program also carries out research to uplift health awareness, health status, and reduce morbidity rates.

Karnali Academy of Health Science offers a four year Bachelor of Pharmacy program. It provides knowledge related to allopathic and herbal pharmaceutical drugs. It provides knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, herbal medicine and its technology, pharmacology, pharmacotherapeutics, hospital and community pharmacy.
