KU School of Management forms alliance with companies for job opportunities to the students
Kathmandu University School of Management forms alliances with various companies of Nepal to provide employment opportunities to its graduates. During a program hosted in Lalitpur, around 52 companies showed participation. Each year KUSOM has shown involvement in internships and employment of their students. It started from the year 2011. The companies had taken interviews of the students to make selection of right candidate for the job position of their companies. 170 students had participated in the program. The students were motivated about job security and felt they didn’t have to go abroad with their degrees to seek employment but can have it all by staying and working for the established companies of Nepal.
