Class 12 grade increment exam schedule and application form submission notice by National Examinations Board
In the senior month of 2080 B.S., the annual examination for Class 12 will be held. Regular examinees participating in the examination (with a registration number starting from two digits 79) can apply and appear in the supplementary examination with regard to theoretical subjects where they have obtained a minimum grade or lower, except for two subjects where they have received less than or equal to a grade 'C' in principle or other subjects. Those who have been absent in up to two subjects, even if they have obtained less than 'C' grade in more than two subjects, can appear in the supplementary examination for a maximum of two subjects, following the below-mentioned program:

2080 Ashoj 6 (Saturday)
- Compulsory English (0041)
- All subjects for examinees giving the exam in a single subject
- For examinees giving the exam in two subjects, the subjects in which you will be giving the exam should have a small code number (For example, for participants in both Compulsory English and Compulsory Nepali, the exam for Compulsory English (0041) will be held on the first day, and the exam for Compulsory Nepali (0021) will be held on the second day.)
2080 Ashoj 7 (Sunday)
- For examinees giving the exam in two subjects, the subjects in which you will be giving the exam should have a large code number.
- Procedure for Application Form Distribution:
- To participate in the Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination for Class 12 of 2080, the examination fee of Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred) per student needs to be deposited in the Board's account within 2080 Bhadra 22. You can calculate and understand the amount by paying the fee at the rate of Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred) per student within the aforementioned period. For students who have received an exemption, the amount, including the late fee, should be deposited in the Board's respective offices within Bhadra 29, 2080.
On September 14, 2080, within the office hours of the respective Board offices, the amount deposited, along with the voucher, should be deposited in the respective Board offices.
Note:
- The Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination will be conducted over two days only. Participating students will have to take part in the Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination on the first day, even if they have only one subject for grade improvement.
- The students participating in the Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination for Compulsory English (0041) will take the examination on the first day only.
- Students taking the exam in two subjects should participate on the first day for the subject with the small code number, and on the second day for the subject with the large code number.
- No arrangement will be made for students unable to take the postponed examination due to special leave.
- If there is an unexpected situation, the examination control office will postpone the examination only with prior notice.
- Students must bring their own examination materials such as graph paper, charts, protractors, compasses, etc., as needed.
- The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, and other electronic devices is prohibited during the examination.
- Information about the examination center determination will be published later.
- Only the scheduled examination centers will conduct the examination. No center changes will be allowed.
- Subjects and subject codes for study in Class 12 are as per the National Examination Board's curriculum. The information is maintained at the end of this document.
- Board offices are requested to implement this information accordingly.
