Rajarshi Janak University has published notice to fill up application form of Bachelor of Science Medical lab technology and Bachelor of Public health eighth semester regular students. The forms have to filled by respective students completely and submit to their concerned Colleges. Recent three passport sized photos are required. Registration number must be compulsorily filled. With filled forms internal assessment marks must also be sent. Time to fill exam forms is from 24 Mangshir to 8 Poush 2081. Late fees from 9 to 17 Poush 2081.
