Pinnacle College offers a four year Bachelor of Science in Microbiology program of Tribhuvan University. This program provides knowledge of microscopic organisms and how they interact in the natural environment among humans, animals and plants. It provides knowledge from areas of food agricultural and industrial microbiology, medical microbiology, virology and immunology, environmental microbiology. The study also combines lab work, research-based field work, industry-based study and visits. It allows them to have careers in hospital labs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, food and dairy industry, public health projects, biotechnical industries, and research.

Pinnacle College offers three years Diploma in Pharmacy program of CTEVT. This program provides knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in preparing medicines, dispensing, and suggesting their appropriate use to treat medical conditions such as illness and disease of patients. It develops manpower for quality control, rationale use of drugs, and for careers in retail pharmacy, government and private hospital pharmacies, community pharmacy, drug manufacturing industries.

It allows to analyze, comprehend management concepts theories and practices of interdisciplinary of language quantitative method, legal environment and economic analysis allow to appreciate diversity and interrelationship of management and business issues and concentrate in area of marketing, finance, accounting, human resource management to have some functional expertise of how business operates in modern and globally influenced environment and cultures.

Pinnacle College/ Secondary School offers a two years Plus2 Management program of the National Examination Board. This program provides a strong foundation on management studies. It introduces principles of management, subject matters of accounting, economics, marketing, finance, office practices and compulsory subjects in Nepal, English, Social studies and life skills for preparing foundation level theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to prepare for higher studies in this field. It provides foundation level theory and practical knowledge of scientific theories, experiments, and observation for students who have keen interest in scientific inquiry and research. It allows students to develop competency in science and math and choose to pick groups of scientific studies from Computer group, physical group and biological group which will lead to branches of Computer and IT fields, Engineering, Medical Science and life sciences fields respectively.

This program will allow to gain knowledge of legal field from introductory areas of definition and importance of law, types of law, sources of law, concepts of property, rights and duties, legal principles and theories that constitute jurisprudence, substantive and procedural law, types of rights and duties, different school of legal thought, concept of property, ownership and possession. It will provide foundation level knowledge to study Bachelor programs in law from various Universities.
