Ratna Jyoti Multiple Campus offers a four years Bachelor of Arts program of Tribhuvan University. This program provides knowledge in broad areas of creative and social fields such as language, social studies, culture studies, rural development, social work, mass communication, population, psychology and political science. The learning combines lectures with class room presentations, mini projects, and research skills. This program will develop competence for communication skills, cultural competence, aptitude for logical argument and fine writing skills. It helps to understand our life and the world where we live. It uses historical and philosophical approaches to understand the context of human, social, political and cultural developments and explore how we communicate with one another from language, literature, and linguistics. It helps to know the reasons for our thoughts and actions from philosophy, ethics, religion and critical and theoretical practices from approaches to art.

It provides fundamental knowledge in basic areas and functions of management, producing skilled and qualified students with creative and innovative thinking and ethically upfront. It provides knowledge in foundation areas of accounting, marketing, finance, economics, business communications and practical skills to prepare students for further studies in business and administration.
