Shaheed Smarak College offers a four year Bachelor of Business Studies program of Tribhuvan University. This program equips conceptual knowledge of business and administration and develops general management perspectives in them. It provides a strong foundation in allied areas of language, economic analysis, legal environment, quantitative method core business with diversity and interrelationship of business and management issues, and concentrate in one area of accounting, finance, human resource management, marketing for gaining some functional expertise. It allows to develop leadership, networking, communication skills, project management, transferable skills and also create self-employment spaces in the job area.

Shaheed Smarak College offers a four year Bachelor of Education program of Tribhuvan University. This program provides a knowledge area of communication skills, professional education area in instruction technology and information and communication technology, specialization subjects and teaching practice with the objective to prepare competent teachers who can teach two subjects in secondary level. Shaheed Smarak College offers four years eight semesters Bachelor of Computer Application program of Tribhuvan University. This program aims to prepare skilled computer application users and software developers. The BCA program will allow us to get vivid knowledge of how technology fits in the real world and how it affects people. It helps to know of human centered design, user experience, social impacts of technology from comprehensive education in computer applications.
