Sunsari Multiple College offers the Master of Education program of Tribhuvan University. This is two years four semesters program which prepares high level academic manpower as teachers, educators, education planners and administrators, from the basic foundation of education, education psychology to specialization in any one area from English education, Nepali Education, Education planning and management, Mathematics Education, health education and population education. It will also give skills of research methods, contemporary technical issues, teaching practice in education planning and management, thesis writing. 

Sunsari Multiple Campus offers Plus2 education two years program of National Examinations Board. This program provides fundamental level knowledge of meaning, general views, foundation of the education system, pedagogy, modern trends in education, counseling and guidance. This program will bridge the gap of secondary and higher education and provide skills needed for assessment, class room teaching and classroom management.

Sunsari Multiple Campus offers Plus2 humanities from the National Examination Board. This program provides foundation level knowledge in the area of humanities and social science and develops critical thinking, analytical and communication abilities. It provides knowledge in areas of mass communication, language, sociology, psychology, economics, marketing, and modern society. Students of Plus2 humanities will know about human rights, psychology, gender and population, rural development, politics fields and about the environment in which the society lives and operates within.

Sunsari Multiple Campus offers Plus2 Management program of NEB. This program provides foundation level knowledge of organizational activities, principles, processes and different types of managerial roles in the organized field of business activity carried out by personnels. It is full time studies of business, hotel, travel and tourism study to become competent, confident and academically sound. This program will prepare for higher studies and become future managers, leaders and executive to drive business and make growth.

Sunsari Multiple College offers Bachelor of Business Studies program of Tribhuvan University. This program will prepare competent, skilled, socially responsible business professionals who can support managerial, entrepreneurial, leadership roles in business, social and financial organizations. This program allows students to concentrate in areas of accounting, finance, marketing and management. It also provides knowledge of business research projects from field work time spending and learning from organization in the time fixed by the Campus.

Sunsari Multiple Campus offers two years four semesters Master of Business Studies program of Tribhuvan University Faculty of Management. This program will prepare competent high-level managers in the functional area of organization managerial responsibilities. It will also improve research capabilities, entrepreneurship abilities, knowledge of the business environment and international business. It will also allow one to specialize in any one area for career development from finance, management, accountancy and marketing fields. The MBS program will also help to develop skills in problem solving, project management and communication, and invaluable skills that are transferable to most industries.

Sunsari Multiple Campus offers Bachelor of Education program of Tribhuvan University. This program will prepare for a career in the education field as teachers of primary and secondary level schools. It provides philosophical and social foundation of education, language and linguistic, instruction techniques, education planning and administration, teaching practicum, specializations major and minor from Nepali, English, Math, Science, Health and Physical, Population and economics education. It allows to develop leadership qualities in the education field as course designer, education officer and also be able to teach differently abled students. The Bachelor of Education program will build a strong foundation for higher learning, lifelong research.
