Tilingtar Secondary School established in 2019 BS is located in Dhapasi, Kathmandu. It was initially formed as Panchakanya Primary School. The academy offers plus two (+2) Science, Management and Education program in affiliation with NEB. It has also been offering Junior Computer Technician Program and Diploma in civil engineering since 2069 BS in affiliation with CTEVT.

As of today, this academy is one of the most prestigious academy in terms of quality of learning and prestige. It has enrolled almost 75% students who are from low economic background.
