Ghodaghodi Campus offers Master of Art in Sociology program of Tribhuvan University. This program provides knowledge of human social relationships and institutions. The study of this program helps to deal with matters of crime and law, poverty and wealth, prejudice and discrimination, urban community, social movements, school and education, through principal theories and research methodologies by training in field work and secondary data analysis. The academic qualification of this program will provide professional careers as Sociologist, probation officer, community service manager, human resource manager etc.

Master of Art in Anthropology is a two year program of Tribhuvan University at Ghodaghodi Multiple Campus. It is based on a semester system which provides theory and methods of anthropology discipline, inculcates human rights and social justice, develops reading, writing, analytical and presentation skills. MA Anthropology of Tribhuvan University has four pillars of anthropology namely cultural, linguistic, physical, archaeological. The knowledge of this field is more nuanced with kinship, economic, medical, disaster, anthropology for development, gender and feminism, historical anthropology, climate change and South Asiatic studies including ethnicity and cultural diversity.

Ghoda Ghodi Campus offers Master of Education in Nepali language program of Tribhuvan University.
