Gorkha Science and Technical education offers a three years Certificate in Medical lab technology program of Council of Technical Education and vocational training Nepal. This program will provide knowledge and skills to diagnose, treat and prevent pathological diseases through tests and examinations. The courses are leveled from basic science and foundation subjects to basic laboratory subjects to application in comprehensive settings of hospitals and medical labs. Students of Certificate in Medical lab technology program can perform routine and special investigation, perform quality control system in medical lab, supervise subordinates and make reports, assist in research works. 

Gorkha Science and Technical education offers one year three months Pre-Diploma in Plant Science program of CTEVT. This program provides skills and knowledge of agriculture and farm management and produces basic level junior technical assistant. This program develops skills and technical knowledge of agriculture extension, crop and crop seed production, plant propagation, vegetable seed production, fruit cultivation and post-harvest, sustainable soil management and agriculture ecology, plant protection, apiculture, sericulture and lac culture, aquaculture skills for producing junior level technical assistants.

Gorkha Science and Technical Education offers one year six months Pre-Diploma in Veterinary (Animal Science) program of CTEVT to produce competent junior level technicians of veterinary clinical and as well as livestock extension services. This program will help in animal nutrition and fodder production for farmers, scientific production of livestock products, treat disease and disorders of livestock poultry, handle simple surgical and gynecological cases.
